Request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email Send an email to our data deletion team using the email address provided below.
- Include required information Include the email address associated with your account, and optionally your reason for deletion.
- Send your request Send your request and we will process it within 30 days.
- Receive confirmation You'll receive confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- App usage data and preferences
- User-generated content and saved data
- Analytics and behavioral data
- Communication history with our support team
Data Retention Policy
Important information:
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations (fraud prevention, financial records).
Backup Systems: Data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be completely purged.
Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained for business purposes but cannot be linked back to you.
After the retention period, all personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
